CTG was founded in 2020 by CEO and Artist, Marquel Norman. Marquel has always been known for his artistry, before he found his way into Epoxy Design. Hailing from our nation’s capital, Washington DC.

He is a multi award winning barber, specializing in men and women’s hair color and design. He decided he wanted to take his artistry to the next level. Known for his taste in luxury style and fashion, he has been able to take over a field he’s always loved - interior design. Changing the Game is just another way for Marquel to share his gifts and give back to his community. Marquel is accompanied by his childhood friend Matthew Paul. When these two put their heads together the sky is the limit.
